Story

I am planning to get a sore bottom by cycling the Great Ocean Cycle Tour which comprises of 300+ Km in 3 days from the 8 to 10 February 2015.

The Great Ocean Cycle Tour to help kids in poverty. The Three day cycling tour begins in Geelong and ends in Warnambool, Victoria. The Great Ocean Road is world renown for its dramatic seascapes and beautiful bush land with cascading waterfalls and stunning forests. Ancient tress on one side and on the sea side magnificent surf beaches, high cliffs and incredible rugged coastal landscapes. The tour caters to the keen weekend warrior cyclist.

This event is run by 25000spins, a non-profit program that aims to raise money for "Kids in poverty" my chosen Charity is the Fred Hollows Foundation which specializes in restoring sight to blind kids were possible. Across the third world 4 out of 5 people who are blind don't need to be and sight can be restored to someone for as little as 25$.

If you are able and willing, please donate 25$ to restore someones sight.

Our organisation is inspired by Professor Fred Hollows (1929-1993). Fred was an eye doctor, skilled surgeon and a social justice activist who championed the right of all people to high quality affordable eye and to good health.
